Keys to a Successful Organization

Don’t Take Credit – it belongs to your team.

Take the Blame – you did not lead the team correctly

Lead Collaboratively – you may be the “boss,” but they are responsible for the project’s success

Support, don’t demand – your job is to support the team(s); they are some of your most important customers.

Don’t be afraid to ask for details:

Many people are great at setting goals, but the devil is in the details.

If the stated goal is to increase sales by 5%, ask

    • What Products
    • Which Customers
    • Where are these customers located
    • Time Frame to Market
    • Why this is feasible
    • Why do we think they will buy at these increased rates
    • How are we going to reach them
